3 years post op- Irritation on healed breast implant scar, what could this be? Pimple or cyst? (photos)

41 year old woman 145 lbs. 3 years post op breast lift with implants. A couple weeks ago I noticed what I first thought may be a pie or cyst on my scar under my left breast. It’s gotten bigger and isn’t a pimple and I don’t think it’s a cyst either. Seems to almost have a small amount of blood pooling in that area.. Worried now and plan to call the doctor. Any thoughts welcome because he is known to brush things off.

With a lift, the implants need to be placed behind the muscle for better support, upper breast fullness, better coverage of the implant and avoid seeing the edge, and less likely to sag again.

If you just go with implants, you will have larger and still sagging breasts that may sag even more with the additional weight. You need a lift and place the implants behind the muscle. The vertical lift should do well for you. Scar products are available to use once the tapes are removed.

Thanks for your inquiry and pictures. I believe you could avoid a lift. Best to post some "wish" pics of result you are trying to duplicate to get best advise about how attainable a result is, good luck.
