I’m 23, I’ve had asymmetry for as long as I can remember, I have a date scheduled for liposuction of one breast and after they want me to get a lift and implants. I’m hoping I can just do liposuction as I am natural and don’t want implants but also would love to if it meant better symmetry / more attractive. I am trying to figure out the most cost effective but efficient and natural process to do
Answer: Liposuction With liposuction, you do get some skin tightening. You may be happy if liposuction is successful. In young women, there is more breast tissue and less fat in the breast. Liposuction does not remove breast tissue.

Answer: Mini lift If you want increased volume then you have 2 options: fat transfers or implants. Your breasts are asymmetrical in volume, shape and position. The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift with implants Dear alli98, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: 23 years old- Asymmetrical breasts, should I get a breast lift with implants? Thanks for posted photos. I recommend, if you want natural, liposuction of abdomen and larger breast with fat grafts to smaller breasts. I would not lift in this surgery. Fee $7,000.
