7 months post rhinoplasty revision - what could be causing bumpy scar tissue? (photos)

Desperate for feedback on scar tissue experience post septorhino My nose was fractured in my early 20s and has never been the same since. I had my latest revision (with rib cartilage) 7 months ago to resolve the exact problem you see in the pictures. My surgeon believed it to be scar tissue (I got second opinions who agreed). I’m at a loss as to what is wrong with my healing/recovery and why I develop many bumps

Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin and several indentations and visible bone and cartilage along the bridge of your nose. When rib cartilage is used on people with very thin nasal skin, irregularities can often be seen through thin skin. When all of your swelling from surgery has resolved, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered fulfilling in the indentations and providing a smoother nasal appearance. It appears that is may be possible that your rib graft has changed shaped and may be causing the bumps. You need to be examined to see if the bumps are bony, cartilage or soft tissue. You will more than likely need a revision rhinoplasty to correct it.

Was the rib graft intended to change your nasal shape/contour or to solve the skin/scar issue?
Are you happy with your nasal shape(except for the skin/scar irregularity)?
How many surgeries have you had thus far?
After which surgery did the skin/scar irregularity occur?

Based on the photos and without the information requested above I would suggest stem cell injection and or dermal allograft to smooth irregularities in the skin/subcutaneous nose skin layer
