Is it normal to have lumps after breast lift with implants?

I’m coming up to 10 months post op with implants and breast lift I seem to have a lot of lumps inside one breast I seen my surgeon a few months ago he said it was scar tissue I feel like I’m developing more lumps is this normal after this procedure iv read it can cause capsule contracture is this true

It is not uncommon to have some lumps in the breast after a lift. These are often related to scarring and in particular to underlying sutures. These generally resolve with time. This type of scarring is unrelated to the scarring that can cause capsular contracture and is not necessarily a sign that a capsule is developing.

Breast tissue can by it’s nature be lumpy.
It’s also true that early scar tissue can feel firm and lumpy.
Some of this usually softens with time.
This is especially true for lumps related to early scar tissue formation and inflammation. 
Feeling lumps in your breast after breast surgery should have no correlation with developing a capsule contraction.
