2 years post op breastlift and implants. Why didn't my implants drop and why was i cut so high on my right breast? (Photos)

I had a uplift and implants in turkey 2 years ago. The implants were done under muscle with 205cc implants. I was disappointed with the size of the implant as i was a 36G prior to surgery and wanted to keep my size so opted for implant. I was advised by surgeon that he tried to fit bigger implant at the time but couldnt why couldnt he go bigger? Also after 2 years the implants never dropped and i was told i need revision. I had no pain or problems other than there appearance The high scar on the right breast also bothers my . Why wasnt i cut at the base of the breast?
