I am 5’5 and 110 lbs and am 40 years old. My neck has always had this tight profile. I would like my neck to go in more to change my side profile. I am concerned of getting a procedure where I am pulled from the ears. Is there a cosmetic procedure where they can move the submandibular gland back. Please advise

My question is if you had a platysmaplasty at the time. Sometimes, that would cause tightness, but it should've subsided by now. There are ways to release the tightness from that procedure, but at this point, it would not be guaranteed.
