Numbness under chin after neck band surgery (Photo)

hi 13 months ago i had corset platysmaplasty procedure, a small incision under the chin and a small amount of liposuction.no excess skin removed. i have some puckering under my chin ,4 months ago i experienced some tightening/numbness , the surgeon reassured me this was fine. at my last appointment i mentioned it again, response was this probably has nothing to do with the procedure after this length of time.im unsure what’s causing this. morpheus 8 was recommended for the puckering

What you are seeing most likely is that you have particularly strong pull down from your DAO/platysma muscles, likely compensating for your overactive mentalis muscle from a smaller chin.
