it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. You should discuss your goals and expectations. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Most people who have very different body structures do so because of skeletal structure not fat distribution.

Changing for distribution can only create certain degrees of change and if done excessively do look unnatural.

The best way to know what results will look like it’s to review before and after pictures of people who have similar bodies to your on in the before pictures.

I recommend all patients have multiple in person consultations with local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with the procedure they’re interested in.

At that time you can review before and after pictures.

Ask all providers to show their entire collection of before and after pictures.

And experience the provider should have a large collection of before and after pictures I should not have a difficult time finding examples of patients who looks like you in the before pictures.
