Am I a good candidate for tip rhinoplasty and lip lift? (photos)

Question

My dream face is pic #4. She has the small nose with the big lips. My current face r pics 2&3 with my side profile being pic 1. My nose tip is bulbous and when I smile it gets really wide I have been wanting I done for over 3 years now. I want a lip lift but I don't know if it will get me a top lip like pic #4 or if I have a long enough philantrum to even get it done. If I am a candidate for both which should be done first or does it not matter?

Lip lift can be done with rhinoplasty, as we showed in our publication from a few years ago.  You should be able to get your nose smaller with fuller lips at the same setting.  Watch our videos to learn more.

Thank you for your question. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty, I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. In your case, I would separate the lip lift from the rhinoplasty, performing the rhinoplasty first and then a lip lift approximately 3-6 months later.. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

The look you’re going for is definitely achievable. The tip plasty surgery and lip lift can typically be performed together. Keep in mind you may not look exactly as the lady in the picture, but your features will be enhanced.

Hello and thanks for your question. First of all you are a good candidate for the lip lift operation since the distance between your lip and nose is large. In addition to lip lift, tipplasty operation can be performed to get rid of your concerns. It is possible to match the result that you sent in the photos but lip filler procedure should performed together with the lip lift to increase the volume.
