Rhinoplasty on wide face. Can I soften up the squareness of my tip and make it more proportional? (Photo)

user16394637
I wanted to include this in my previous question, but there was not room. I was planning on a rhinoplasty to reduce my bulbous tip. Nothing too pointy, just softening up the squareness of my tip& making it more proportional. Since I have a very wide and full face (cannot change w/ weight loss I’m already technically underweight), I wanted to make sure making my tip a bit smaller would not look bad with my wide face. When I contour my nose smaller it looks good, but still that’s not the same
