Trouble breathing 10 months after rhinoplasty. Is this normal?

I am a 20 year old female, I had a rhinoplasty about 10 months ago, I have been experiencing trouble breathing ever since I had my rhinoplasty. It has gotten to the point where I have to blow my nose daily because it always feels stuffed. And when I do blow my nose there is always a small amount of blood that comes out. I am wondering if this is normal?

Would a thinner tip go with the rest of your face?Based on the photo you show it appears to me that the tip is slightly too bulbous and would go fine with your face if it were a little thinner.
