Lumpy skin 8 months after Lipo - how can I get rid of the bruised look and the lumps and dips? (Photos)

I had liposuction 8 months ago. As well as my stomach still being lumpy and marked, I've now noticed an indent on the left hand side where it was done on my hips. What can I do to get rid of bruised looking stomach and lumps/dips?

Hello 
Unfortunately you have what is called the motelling effect. 
The good news is that this should settle with time and often resolves as the skin is tightening.

If it still persists some options that may help; 
Lymphatic drainage massage
radiofrequency treatments
Ultrasound therapies such as ultraformer.

It difficult to assess your dip without your pre surgery photos.
I suggest seeing your surgeon for a review as this may need some fat transfer to even out the dip.
