22, 160cm & hope to reach 54kg before lipo - how many inches would I lose from waist?

I'm turning 22 and I'm 160cm tall. I’m hoping to lose about 3/4kg to reach 54kg before lipo, as I think I might be happy with my body at that weight, except for my abdomen. How many inches and milliliters of fat can I expect to lose from my abdomen and possibly flanks? I don’t want an overly narrow waist to avoid my shoulders looking way wider, but I’m hoping to eliminate belly projection.

The energy from the laser only penetrates a few millimeters and does not pose a risk to deeper structures. The laser fiber operates on in the subdermal and subcutaneous space and if used properly should not come anywhere close to your brain.
