What to do about this fat? Lipolaser or filler? (Photo)

Hello! I had a buccal fat removal in May 23 because I hated the underside of my cheeks. After I was advised to get masseter botox, which I regret because it made me look sick. 7 months later my masseters are still not their old size and I still am not happy with my cheeks. In the pictures you see what I mean. What can I do about this? Lipolaser? Im a bit scared about that because I actually miss the volume in my face since my failed procedures. Or filler? Or is it a chin problem? Thank you!

It would be very difficult to predict how many inches you would lose from your waist without seeing you in person. I think you are a great candidate for liposuction, and could get great results with an experienced surgeon. Consider adding renuvion or bodytite to tighten up the skin afterwards too.

The energy from the laser only penetrates a few millimeters and does not pose a risk to deeper structures. The laser fiber operates on in the subdermal and subcutaneous space and if used properly should not come anywhere close to your brain.
