How long should I wait between Laser liposuction and IVF?

Question

I'm planning to start IVF next year. Because of PCOS I have a tummy that won't go away and my doctor has mentioned losing the fat would help with the egg retrieval process. I have already dieted and increased exercise, and while I've lost weight, the tummy is the same. If I got laser Lipo, how soon could I do egg retrieval and work towards pregnancy?

Laser Liposuction or Liposuction are low risk procedures but to be safe, it is always best to give yourself 3- 6 month of recovery time before having another surgical procedure in the same area.

The question arises which type of fat is your doctor referring to. If it’s visceral or gut fat, you need to pay attention to what and how much you’re eating and cutting out carbohydrates that are unnecessary is a great start. There’s no yes or no answer to your question.
Laparoscopic surgery really has very little to do with your subcutaneous fat layer.
Complete healing after liposuction is usually considered at six months, but you don’t need to be healed completely to have a laparoscopic procedure.
 First and foremost suggest you get an assessment to confirm that you are indeed a good candidate for Liposuction.
Having a big belly doesn’t mean that you’re a good candidate for this procedure.
There are generally four variables that determine what the abdomen looks like.
Two of these are pregnancy related, which are skin laxity and muscle separation.
The other two variables are excess subcutaneous, fat or excess Fat.
If the problem is visceral fat, then Liposuction isn’t going to have much impact.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction is more difficult than most people realize.
The importance of provider selection that cannot be overstated.
In the hands of the right provider you’ll not only Increase the chance of not having a poor aesthetic outcome, but also get an accurate assessment and a predictable understanding of what your results are going to look like.
A person who is an excellent candidate for Liposuction has potential of having excellent outcomes in the hands of the right provider.
