I have asymmetrical top lips and I have had alot of filler injected to try and correct this recently and 0.7ml in total or maybe more and nothing seems to have worked. Would a lip flip on one side fix this ?

Answer: Botox near lips Thanks for your question and helpful photos. It appears part of the problem might be migration of some of the filler into the area around the upper lip. You might want to ask your dermatologist to use some hyaluronidase to dissolve it and take some of the heaviness out of that area. I am a big fan of the Lip Flip with Botox, so definitely give that a try as well. It does not last as long as Botox or the other neurotoxins in the upper face, but is a great temporary improvement. Answer: Yes to Botox A few units of Botox right above the top lip could be all you need to even out the asymmetry. While you should definitely give this a try, I would suggest getting a bit of that lip filler dissolved as it looks like it has been injected slightly above the vermillion border. Be sure to find an experienced injector in your area to take care of this for you!
