Would a lip flip on one side fix asymmetrical lips?

A Botox lip flip will conservatively result in a little more show of the pink part of the lip. To address volume differences in the lips fillers are the most predictable way for correction. Be sure to see an expert injector for treatment.

I would recommend a small amount of Botox(R), into the cupids bow area. It maybe that you require 2 sessions to correct it. Please note that the results only last up to 8 weeks as this area is very mechanical. Please ensure you go to an experienced practitioner for this treatment as it is an advanced technique.

Thanks for your question and helpful photos. It appears part of the problem might be migration of some of the filler into the area around the upper lip. You might want to ask your dermatologist to use some hyaluronidase to dissolve it and take some of the heaviness out of that area. I am a big fan of the Lip Flip with Botox, so definitely give that a try as well. It does not last as long as Botox or the other neurotoxins in the upper face, but is a great temporary improvement. A few units of Botox right above the top lip could be all you need to even out the asymmetry. While you should definitely give this a try, I would suggest getting a bit of that lip filler dissolved as it looks like it has been injected slightly above the vermillion border. Be sure to find an experienced injector in your area to take care of this for you!

Have you had any Botox to the cutaneous lip just above the vermillion border? I think this would be a simple fix for you.

By the way, it looks as though you may have some filler migration above the vermillion border. This can happen when too much filler has been injected, and some fillers are more likely to migrate than others. Consider a bit of hyaluronidase to correct this.

Botox should be a quick fix for you. Although it will only last 4 to 6 weeks. Just keep that in mind.
You might want to consider seeing a more experienced injector and discuss removing a bit of the filler on that side.
