Botox is a medication that acts to relax the muscles where it is injected. If botox is injected to your frontal muscle (forehead), it will relax that muscle and you may see lowering of the brow as a result. Thats not a guarantee however, the effect you would see is similar to if you completely relax your forehead while looking in the mirror. If that makes your brows lower, then its likely that's what the botox result will look like.
