Botox is a medication that acts to relax the muscles where it is injected. If botox is injected to your frontal muscle (forehead), it will relax that muscle and you may see lowering of the brow as a result. Thats not a guarantee however, the effect you would see is similar to if you completely relax your forehead while looking in the mirror. If that makes your brows lower, then its likely that's what the botox result will look like.

I don't think that lowering your brows would be a good idea. there are many ways to look masculine. You can use latisse and try to make your brows thicker and more substantial. I cant see the rest of your face but sometimes augmenting a jawline or a chin can achieve a more masculine look .
