Do I need Botox between my eyebrows or something else? (Photo)

Question

I got a terrible septoplasty/rhino back in 2011. I'm aware that my root (?) is very high and unnatural looking. I have a nasal goretex implant. Do I need Botox between my eyebrows or is it because of my implant?

Sorry you are having these issues, however better photographs or in person or virtual consultation would be needed to provide a more detailed answer. It sounds like your nasal implant is riding a bit high, causing your issues and I do not believe that Botox will provide relief. you can do fillers and botox to this area. you should start at home dermarolling (see link) to tighten the area as well over time. I would also use latisse on your eyebrows to thicken and darken them (see emeragecosmetics) to overall improve the look of this area. In office clear and brilliant laser with fractora will help tone/texture and prevent wrinkles.  Best, Dr. Emer

I would love to assist you but would need to see your muscles in action to give you an intelligent answer to your question. It is most likely that you have a strong glabellar complex. Once relaxed, that area would look flatter.

As much as I would love to help you or at least be of good guidance, I can’t because the photograph you have submitted is very blurry. I think it would be best for you to have either an in person consultation or a much better quality photograph or a set of such photographs submitted. It is always best to see you face to face for a consult and examination - in this case the implant does not rule out botox but you would have tube seen face to face to determine if it was the right choice for you.
