Dripping nose 8 months after rhinoplasty. Is there anything I can do about it?

After rhino 8 months ago my nose wont stop dripping. It’s been social embarrassing. If I’m eating it drips extra, resulting in me not eating out anymore. Also, I asked only for the nose to get closer to my face. The surgeon said I had to large nosestrils and to wide nose. He changed it much and it is now very thinand not straight. But mostly it is the pointy tip that’s bothering me. Is the dripping and tip something to do about? ( also convinced me chin implant! Big regret )

It's difficult to evaluate the up close photos of your nose. It looks like one of your photographs has markings, and that would be a reasonable place to leave an alar plasty scar. For a more definitive answer, please consider asking your question with more descriptive photographs. Thank you....

Taylor piercings and septal piercings may close after rhinoplasty surgery. That said, re-piercing through the same place is always an option. I believe that a membranous septal piercing would be more likely to close than an alar piercing. Hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

I had to zoom in on your photo in order to see the small bump in your mid bridge. In our experience, small irregularities like this may be permanently corrected by adding volume above the small bump. We prefer using microdroplets Silikon 1000 for permanent results. Thank you for this question....
