Hi, I play football and I'm getting a functional septorhinoplasty with alar batten grafts and tip graft. I was wondering what would happen if after everything's healed, a year or so down the line, I got hit with an elbow or something. Would I be able to fix the septum again? And would the cartilage added shift? If so could it be repositioned or removed?

Hello, It is possible to have a limited revision surgery to correct the nasal tip( tip plasty). The surgery can focus on the nasal tip only, therefore it will not be as extensive as your primary rhinoplasty
