How can I remove this fluid hump on the right side of my nose tip, 5 years post-op? (Photo)

I have had my rhinoplasty done 5 years ago. In the last year I have noticed a hump on the right side of the tip of my nose. It resembles a pimple and looks like there is fluid inside. I like the shape of my nose but want to remove this hump. Advice?
