hi! i have had a procedure 6months ago my surgeon uses preservation rhinplasty technique i don't like the outcome of my nose, i'ts too turned up I know he placed a columellar strut graft, by taking it off, will my tip drop to where it was ? considering that most of the structure is preserved, is it possible to reverse the tip back to what it was ?
