Surgeons will have different opinions about this.
My experience has been that reversing AA fillers is pretty quick. Unless you bleed from the injections, there should be minimal swelling because the enzymatic treatment reverses swelling.
If the injections don’t physically reach the filler, then dissolving the product will be incomplete.
The person who did the injections is probably the right person to ask about reversing them.
Some plastic surgeons are not that concerned about fillers prior to surgery and other plastic surgeons are really particular.
The surgery you’re having is about bone structure and doesn’t really address soft tissues so in someways the soft tissues are irrelevant.
Size and shape is almost exclusively, determined by bone structure.
Soft tissue coverage is very consistent from person to person.
