I know the terminology with FH reduction vs hairline advancement is confusing; when I discuss forehead reduction it is more in the bony element where we reduce the brow ridge or a bone bump (exostosis) to make the forehead smooth or more feminine. We do this by contouring the bone and reducing its volume. FH reduction is also considered as repositioning the hairline so you show less of your forehead skin. For you, both hairline advancement and forehead contouring to reduce those bony bumps would help. It is right in the midfrontal region where you overproject your frontal bone and you see more of the curvature that it creates because the hairline is too far back.
