How to fix sunken upper eyelids with possibly too high crease and wide scarring after botched blepharoplasty? (Photos)

I had a very bad blepharoplasty in 2018 that left me with bad scarring, creases too high and hollow upper eyelids. Also possible muscle strain as I still get headaches from closing my eyes, they do close well but when I close them I feel this weird “stretching”in the corner of my eyes on the side of the nose. I tried fat grafting harvested from my thighs in 2023 but after just 3-4 months the results were gone, I’m naturally slim and I suspect the reason could be my high metabolism and most of all, the scarring on that area possibly preventing the fat from adhering and surviving in the new location? Now I have these sunken and always tired looking eyes which I’m not happy with, I consulted a couple of doctors 3 months after the surgery and they all said too much fat was removed, skin too and the scars were done badly and with too much tension on them. Is it still possible to lower the eyelid crease , fix the scar and somehow fill in the hollowness? I used to have heavy eyelids but at least they were not hollow at all before. I worry there is not enough skin left for lowering the crease etc? And if I try the fat grafting again can it cause scarring too and how do I make sure the result lasts this time?
