You are not looking at your final result only 6 months after rhinoplasty, and your nose does appear to be swollen. I can see the asymmetry that you are referring to, however, we would need more photographs and perhaps an evaluation to determine what might be best for you moving forward. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision in the future if the nostril asymmetry does not improve. There are many ways to improve this including placing of alar contour grafts. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
