How to fix my aggressive liposuction 3 months ago (photo)

I had 360 vaser liposuction with a bbl 3month ago. I am not happy with the way my abdomen looks, in certain lights it looks fine but in other lighting you can see the irregularities. I believe too much fat was taken out of my abdomen and wanted to ask if this can be fixed with fat grafting as I do not want anymore liposuction.
