I'm a 65 year old female, I had abdomen liposuction done years ago that left my abdomen lumpy and too much fat was taken from my flanks. They look sunken in and back fat and formed. Can this fixed?

I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.
