I had a bbl a few years ago, and while I’m mostly happy. I’d like the upper outer area to not be as full, so I can have more of a heart shape. Would this be achievable through weight loss and exercise? I’d like to do it naturally if possible. If not, would lipo of this area be an option? Attached is a picture of the current shape and then the shape I would like.

Answer: Surgery is only way to shape it now Too many fat cells have been deposited there and/or not enough hip fat was suctioned. Either way, weight loss will not change the contour (which is why liposuction with or without fat grafting is so powerful and durable contour changing surgery). You will need a revision bbl which can easily reshape your buttocks to a more upside down heart shape.
