Liposuction of upper lat area after BBL - Looking for more of a heart shape (photo)

Ideally a photo without clothing (maybe in a thong would have been better) but based off that photo - looks like a hip dip (which is apparent in everyone, some just deeper than others etc). When you get more lean and work out it will likely make these deeper. The top part of the circle can be probably contoured better with a little touch up lipo, while the dip needs filling. But there is never any objection to a healthier lifestyle of eating better and exercise. Try that and see how your body changes and slow down if its making things the opposite of what you want.

It is very easy for liposculpting to give the shape you desire and it is quick too. Diet and exercise is not going to do it.

Too many fat cells have been deposited there and/or not enough hip fat was suctioned. Either way, weight loss will not change the contour (which is why liposuction with or without fat grafting is so powerful and durable contour changing surgery). You will need a revision bbl which can easily reshape your buttocks to a more upside down heart shape.

Your post to photos are in clothing and difficult to tell the exact issues must repost without clothing.
