Aggressive Liposuction Correction (photo)

I would have to examine you but it appears that this is a contour irregularity after liposuction. This happens often when areas the undergo liposuction are not feathered appropriately.

The good news is that it can be fixed and I have done so with good results before.
While there is always a chance for contour irregularities with liposuction, someone who takes their time and uses the appropriate sized cannulas should give you a superb result.I have all my patients wear compression garments and I use multiple sized cannulas to feather out the result.

Lipo should always be done under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort and the addition of bodytite/quantum/morpheus for skin tightening and smoothness. Your tummy is fixable in the right hands.

Your photo is unclear, but from what I can see, there are some areas of depression. First, I would recommend fat removal from an appropriate area and fat injection into the depressed areas. This way, both the depressed areas will be corrected, and the fibrosis in that area will decrease. If you don’t have enough fat, 3-4 sessions of PLA (Sculptra, Lanluma) injections can be done in the same areas. PLA will both tighten the skin and create a volumizing effect in the depressed areas.
