Am I candidate for brow bone reduction? (Photo)

Question

I feel like I have a big forehead but I also feel like it makes me look more masculine. I think I may have slightly “masculine” looking brow bone and it makes me feel pretty insecure and not so feminine. Would brow bone reduction be worth it for me?

Thank you for your pictures and questions. What you are describing is a very invasive and serious procedure usually done by those with expertise in craniofacial surgery. I can see what you mean about the brow bones, it's not severe in these photos but I understand the concern. The best way to start is to consult with a forehead specialist and I do this all the time for men and women. You can get all the info you need. Best wishes.

These pictures don't show severe brow bone prominence but if orbital bone reduction would be beneficial this can be done using the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision technique that I described many years ago.
