Am I candidate for brow bone reduction? (Photo)

You do not need a brow bone reduction based on my 43 years of Facial Feminization and Brow bone reduction. Don’t let anyone talk you into this.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. What you are describing is a very invasive and serious procedure usually done by those with expertise in craniofacial surgery. I guess you could have a consult with a specialist like this to discuss it, but I think that it seems like a drastic option given the appearance in your photos. Hope this helps!Dallas R. I can see what you mean about the brow bones, it's not severe in these photos but I understand the concern. The best way to start is to consult with a forehead specialist and I do this all the time for men and women. You can get all the info you need. Best wishes. 

These pictures don't show severe brow bone prominence but if orbital bone reduction would be beneficial this can be done using the Irregular Trichophytic Hairline Incision technique that I described many years ago.

You need to see a facial plastic surgeon who has experience in this type of surgery as we have on our staff. Get his opinion first
