Would a face lift be a good option to fix my prematurely sagging face? (Photo)

Question

I am 24 but look much older. My face looks saggy, haggard, asymmetrical and permanently tired, especially bc of droopy eyelids, eyebags, double chin/turkey neck and smile lines. I am hesitant to get fillers because of the risk of blindness, would a face lift be a good option? Or what other procedures, surgical or otherwise, could help me look younger and fresher? Thanks! (I know I have bad facial features in general but in this question I am asking specifically about aging)

Dear moonlightserenade,
After evaluating your picture, it seems you have excess laxity of the skin. It is therefore recommended to have a scarless mini facelift to remove the excess skin and pull it back.Additionally, for the droopy eyelids and eye bags upper and lower blepharoplasty can also be done to remove the excess skin under and above your eyes and give a tightened look. I would suggest that you look into vertical facelift to have a better appearance post surgery which doesn't look artificial and unnatural. It should be done properly by an expert which will guarantee that your skin will not revert back as the excess skin will be excised and tightened at the same time and henceforth giving a natural look.

Thank you for your question. At your age, a facelift may not the best solution for your needs. It is an extensive procedure that is typically reserved for advanced signs of aging. There are other treatments that can create smoother, brighter-looking skin.
