The profile views show the heaviness of the lateral peri-orbit that is bothering you. Swelling, recurrent droop the lacrimal gland, or both are possibilities. Ultrasound can help determine whether it is swelling, lacrimal gland tissue, or both. MRI would be more than what is typically needed unless you have other concerning symptoms (night sweats, fevers, unexplained weight loss, bloody tears/drainage, changes in sensation around the swollen area, changes in eye motion, eye closure, or brow elevation).
Of note, allergic symptoms need long term medical treatment because surgery does not cure allergies. Uncontrolled allergies can definitely cause swelling to recur. Are you able to control your allergies with regular use of antihistamine eye drops, nasal saline rinses, steroid nasal spray, antihistamine nasal spray, and oral antihistamine? If not, this is considered uncontrolled and I recommend seeing an allergist. Allergists could potentially prescribe highly effective medications for allergy control including montelukast (singulair) and/or biologics (such as Dupixent) if appropriate in your case. They can also provide desensitization in some cases (depending on the allergen causing the allergy).
