I had an upper blepharoplasty in March of 2022. My surgeon said an incredible amount of allergic swelling stretched skin and herniated fat through the muscle wall. I've already noticed some volume returning to my eyelids, particularly at the outer corners. These areas project forward more than to the side and more on the right. When I press on them, they recede momentarily before slowly filling back out, like a balloon inflating. Have my lacrimal glands fallen, or is the swelling returning?
