Is it possible to get a 'doll eyed' look through procedures like Blepharoplasty? (Photo)

I'm a 25 year old female and have always thought my eyes look very masculine and droopy, is it possible to get the big, upturned doe eye/doll eye look through surgery? I've included a picture of my ideal look versus the current appearance of my eyes. I tried Botox brow lift previously and it wasn't very effective for me.

It appears that you have a condition know. As eyelid ptosis or droopy eyelids. In person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon is recommended. Good luck.

An open brow lift and upper lid blepharoplasty would address both concerns with minimal scarring and quick recovery. It can be done in the office setting with IV sedation. A lower lid transconjunctival bleph can also be done to correct lower lids bags.

From your photograph, you appear to have asymmetry of the eyebrows, one eyebrow is lower than the other. The wrinkles of the skin in the upper eyelid area is from your eyebrows hanging downward. You would benefit from a brow lift, not from radio frequency to the eyelids. Best Wishes, Gary...
