Radio frequency does not even out lines after blepharoplasty surgery. I wouldn’t recommend it for you
From your photograph, you appear to have asymmetry of the eyebrows, one eyebrow is lower than the other. The wrinkles of the skin in the upper eyelid area is from your eyebrows hanging downward. I don’t think radio frequency treatment is going to do much for your upper eyelids.I’m not sure if anybody can tell you if there is a risk to your eyeball but considering the proximity I would probably stay on the side of cautionEspecially since the benefit is virtually nothing.Other providers may have different views on this.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
