My right breast looks flat from the side and no longer looks round from the front. Is this capsular contracture? (Photos)

Hello, I am 8 months post op tuberous breast correction with implants and noticed that my right breast looks flat from the side and from the front it no longer looks round. It's strange because this was the breast that was healing the best and it was round before, whereas it was the other way round before with my left breast. I'm not sure if this is capsular contracture because the breast doesn't feel hard. It's still soft andsometimes i have shooting/stabbing pain that comes and goes.
