Hi, I have lost a bit of weight over the years I am 29 years old. Would I be ok to have Vaser Lipo and avoid an arm lift or do you think I would need an arm lift. Thank you

At 29, with good skin elasticity, many patients can achieve excellent results with liposuction alone. Thank you for your question.  It is difficult to provide recommendations without an in person exam.  With history of weight loss you likely have loose skin which would not be improved with lipo alone.  Your skin is also unlikely to shrink after lipo with any stretch marks.  The best way to remedy loose arm skin would be brachioplasties.  This would provide the most tightening.  Hope this helps.

You do not need an arm lift. Vaser liposuction will help tightening your skin too. You are also a good candidate for a non invasive fat reduction like TruSculpt iD which will remove fat and tighten your skin.
You definitely do not a permanent scar for the amount of loose skin that you have.

Thank you for your question whether you are a candidate for Vaser liposuction or would you need an arm lift or arm reduction (brachioplasty).  Thank you for your history and your pictures.  First, we should analyze your pictures to determine the best procedure for your arms.  You have mild upper 1/3 proximal 
have cutis pleonasmus (excess skin) and dermatocholosis (loose skin) without stretch marks or stria.  
The absence of stretch marks suggests that your skin should recoil and contract well after VASER liposuction,  Since you are young and without stretch marks, most plastic surgeons would suggest VASER arm liposuction.  VASER arm liposuction should be performed in the upper inner 1/3 of the arm and any other areas of your arms that bother you.  VASER arm liposuction takes about one to three hours depending on an individual's fat.  If you want, arm muscles can be sculpted to achieve muscular arms.  VASER arm liposuction is performed under IV sedation, or better yet, general anesthesia.  Plan on a seven to ten day recovery.  Plan to wear arm garment for six to eight weeks.

Thank you for your photographs. At the age of 29, your skin elasticity and strength should be good. You have only a very minimal amount of redundancy in your arms and therefore, I think your smartest way forward would be to have some form of liposuction of your arms done and then see what the maximum amount of skin retraction that you can get. This helps you avoid a long permanent incision line on your arm. If after doing the liposuction, you do have some laxity of the skin, the incision to take care of that would likely be much shorter. Discuss this in detail with your plastic surgeon. Best wishes.

Vaser is a system used for fat removal. It does not have a skin-tightening effect. You do not need arm lifting. You need a treatment with a skin-tightening effect. Therefore, after the fat is removed with Vaserlipo, your problem can be solved by applying Renuvion J Plasma for skin tightening.

You do not need an arm lift. Liposuction can take care of the little bit of fat you have and since you are young the skin should recoil. You can start wearing a compressive garment now to help the skin contract after liposuction.

In my experience, Vaser ultrasound liposuction works very well for arms without an arm lift scar in most cases.

This will remove stubborn fat and tighten skin, you appear to be an ideal candidate.

An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures is recommended to confirm you are a candidate as well as discuss your options and expectations.
