Unsatisfied with my arm lift. How can this be fixed? (Photo)

Hello Community I am not at a good mentral spot right now and I am constantly crying. I am 51 years old and I started a process of addressing some parts of my body I do not like. I had an armlift done. short scar I feel that my skin has been twisted and sawn together which caused my shoulder. upper arm and arm pit (epecially on the back) to create a male v-shape form of my back. I feel completely disfigured or like a wresler from the back. I feel like there is still skin and fett that needs to be removed so the crease can show normally. I spoke to my surgeon and she does not see a problem. i want to point out that I already had 8 months ago also a complete back liposuction. Can somebody please give his professional opinion on how this can be fixed. Thank you lots.

Your back shows contour irregularities. It appears so much fat was removed and now it has adhered in place. You will need to have this revised. You may need a posterior lift to smooth the skin out. In terms of your arms, you may need to have the scars released and redone to correct the rotation that you dislike.

Thank you for your question.  I am assuming that this was fairly recent as you state you also had back lipo 8 months ago.  Do keep in mind that it takes a full year to completely heal.  Rippling and tighhness with  improve with time.  I recommend waiting until you are fully healed then addressing any concerns at that time.

The V-shaped appearance that has developed on your back after liposuction may be caused by the skin adhering to certain areas, excess skin not being removed, or scar tissue pulling the skin inward. Although this can be emotionally distressing, it is possible to achieve a smoother and more natural-looking back contour through procedures such as an upper back lift, scar release or fat grafting. Therefore, it is very important to be evaluated by a plastic surgeon who understands your concerns and has experience in this field.
The tightness, pulling or deformity in the arm area may be due to the skin being closed under tension or the skin adhering to the underlying tissue after liposuction. In such cases, releasing the scar tissue or performing a Z-plasty, reshaping the excess skin through revision brachioplasty if necessary, and using fat grafting to soften any depressions and improve the contour are possible solutions. For the most accurate planning and treatment, it is best to be examined by a plastic surgeon who has experience in revision or post-bariatric body contouring surgery.

I'm sorry you are unhappy with your arm lift results.  If you are a year out from your surgery you can consider a revision to your scars to improve the contour.  For the back it appears the liposuction led to contour irregularities.  See a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss a revision and what you can expect in terms of results.
