I had 220cc allergen textured implants sub muscular in 2007, recovery was extremely painful. Was this possibly not duel plain? Removed 5years ago, would I need a new pocket sub muscular? Would it be as painful. Are drains required? What is difference between duel plain technique and sub fascia? What is recommended? Very flat chested not even AA cup size. Additionally, thoughts on safety of micro textured or smooth implants please ? Are micro implants at safe for ALCL ? Thank you so much
