Question

I had an issue and did a Surgery fix my asymmetry and tuberous breast but the issue is that my nipples are looking opposite and feel it’s not esthetic I’m quite upset how can I fix it ? Please note my surgery to change my implants was a month ago thank you so much in advance for any advice I’m desperate and super sad

It has only been a month from surgery so you need to let things resolve and see what comes at 6 months. You appear to have asymmetrical volume of your breasts as well as shape. You may need a revision using a circumareola approach to correct the nipple-areola complex position. You may need volume change as well.

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Give yourself time to heal first. Once the implants settle and have more movement, then see how your nipples look. Changes can be done to your areolae to improve things if needed.
