I have a very full lower face. My weight is normal but I have a very chubby lower face. I have considered buccal fat removal but I’d rather have a treatment that isn’t permanent. I am considering getting Botox in my masseter muscle and chin filler to make my face more of a V shape. I am worried about the Botox weakening my jawline from my side profile, if this happens, can you get jawline filler as well as masseter muscle Botox? Do you think this will work to improve my face shape?

Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. You can consider filler for the chin as well but since it's your first treatment for the Botox you may want to wait two weeks in between treatments. This will allow you time to see the effects of the Botox to help you decide if you want treatment for the chin.
