My smile is lopsided. Did Botox cause this?(Photo)

Botox can impact the way your smile appears, but the effect would be temporary. Typically Botox results last 3 to 4 months and fade gradually. Botox is not known to change your facial dynamics permanently. Keep an eye on it and if it still hasn't gone away after another 6 months, go back to your surgeon and see what your options are.
