May 2020 I had Botox to treat crows feet. 6 weeks later I began to experience severe vertigo with nystagmus and balance issues along with facial pain. I didn’t associate the two at the time. I saw 5/6 ENT specialists who struggled to locate the cause of the vertigo. I had a second round of Botox in October 2020 while still experiencing some vertigo symptoms. The symptoms worsened with daily vertigo and did not subside until around 6 months after treatment. Could Botox be the cause?
