Hi everyone, I am 5'7" and 52 kg, though I plan to be around 58 kg by my surgery date. I am looking for soft, natural results with realistic movement, as I am terrified of looking "bolted-on" or feeling too firm. I think the best way to describe it is –I want my boobs just bigger with more cleavage. For my lean build, what CC range will look proportional but noticeable? Should I go over or under the muscle for the best bounce? Lastly, which implant types (like cohesive gel or ergonomic) look and move the most naturally? Also, should consider implants with a fat transfer?

From your photos, you already have some natural breast tissue and a naturally wider cleavage gap, so the most natural result will come from choosing an implant that matches your breast width rather than chasing a specific cc number. For a lean frame, a moderate range such as roughly 250-325 cc may be worth discussing, but the exact size depends on your base width, skin stretch, and the look you like in sizers.

For a soft natural look, a dual-plane/submuscular pocket is often a good balance in thinner patients because it helps camouflage the upper implant edge while still allowing a natural lower pole. A smooth cohesive silicone implant in a moderate or moderate-plus profile is commonly used for this goal; very high profile or oversized implants may create a rounder, firmer, less natural look. Fat grafting can help soften edges or add subtle medial fullness, but it is limited in lean patients and cannot fully overcome your natural chest width or create very tight cleavage on its own.
