I am looking for some advice- I don’t know if I’m looking into it to much but my nipples / breast sit quite unsymmetrical. I was looking for some advice if possible

The breast with the higher nipple contains the implant that has subtly dropped out. The surgery to correct this is called a capsulorrhaphy and it will bring that implant back up into the pocket.

Nipple asymmetry is extremely common.  Sometimes there are a number of surgical ways to improve symmetry, but any surgical procedure carries risk.  You can consider going to a plastic surgeon to get an in person exam and another opinion, but you should surely consider excepting your asymmetry and enjoying very nice breast augmentation results.

In the photos, there is mild breast and nipple/areola asymmetry, with a difference in nipple position and breast shape from side to side. This is very common, and the best correction depends on what is causing the asymmetry: breast volume difference, skin laxity, nipple height, chest wall shape, or a combination of these.

If the difference is small and you are otherwise happy, observation is reasonable. If you are planning surgery, options may include different implant sizes or profiles, careful pocket adjustment, fat grafting, or a small lift/areola repositioning on one side. A periareolar lift can help minor nipple height differences, but larger differences may need a vertical or other lift pattern. An in-person exam with measurements is needed to judge which option would improve symmetry without creating unnecessary scars or overcorrecting.
