it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from revision surgery. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Six months is not enough for scars to mature and settle. it will take another 6-plus months for the result to mature and improve. use silicone-based tape or gel for scars, daily. once your result is mature and improved, you may consider some changes if needed. Hope this helps.

At this time it's too early to consider a revision. More time will allow the scars to mature and soften. If you are still unhappy at a year post op you can have them revised.
