your areolas will probably change in size and color after you stop breastfeeding. If the size bothers you, you can get areola reduction surgery or maybe even breast lift. Every woman has different sized areolas. Some have large, some small, sometimes they have two totally different sized areolas. Continue breast feeding, as that is best for your little one. You are a trooper, breast feeding is hard but the best gift you can give your child! Once you have finished breastfeeding. Give your breast at least a month to recover and go through natural changes. After that, evaluate if your areolas still bother you. If that answer is yes, they can be reduced in a quick procedure under local or general anesthetic.
