Hi, I have very large areolas with flat nipples, although my breasts are not very big. I wanted to know whether it is a disease or it is a natural thing? Will it affect my future health? Should I do a reduction surgery or it is not necessary? In addition I am breastfeeding.

You have many options. One is to improve your existing scars with fractional lasers and PDL followed by topical scar gel: I would suggest Sequel Scar Defense gel twice daily. Other options include surgical scar revision followed by laser and topical therapy. I would not consider scar camouflage...
Using an electric nipple stimulator to address flattened nipples can be safe when done under the guidance of a healthcare professional, but there are considerations to keep in mind, especially regarding potential effects on the areola.
Flattened or inverted nipples can sometimes be corrected...
Breasts come in all shapes and sizes and that goes for the areola too! You are in the normal range. They can change in size and color over time, including during puberty, pregnancy, and breastfeeding.
