I'm post 4 week from a thigh lift. I sufferd a hematoma and wound opened up and i ended needing the wound cleaned out 3 weeks after the op. The thigh looks like its alot looser than the otherside. Also the way it's healing it looks like they're is going to be more skin than the otherside, also can see skin is looser above the knee.

Sorry to hear about your hematoma and wound healing problems, jimbo87.
Unfortunately, it’s hard to predict how your thigh lift will end up, given the complications. I also can’t see the loose skin above the knee that you’re talking about based on your photos.
Since you just underwent treatment, the results that you’re seeing are not yet the final ones. You still have a lot of swelling at this point, and you’ll only start to see the final results of your thigh lift surgery about three to six months later. You can usually start exercising about six weeks post-op, but since you developed complications, you might need more recovery time.
It’s best to go back to your reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon since he’s the person who knows your case well. Only he can answer your questions accurately.
