Will I eventually loose the fat from previous fat transfer?

I've had fat transfer procedure to my breasts eight months ago. My breasts are fuller and I'm happy with them But a few days ago, a spa specialist who works with a surgeon told me that in the span of two years I'm going to lose the entire fat that's been transferred. She said that my chest will be flat again and that practically I threw my money for nothing. Now I'm devastated

Fat transfer is variable from case to case. There’s no way to determine if  you will continue to lose fat if it’s been 8 months

If you have a good result at 8 months you are likely to keep that result for many years, unless you loose a lot of weight.  Pregnancy may also change the breast.
Some fat resorbs after a fat transfer procedure, however you are  beyond the time that this may happen.

If the patient gains or loses weight, all the fat in the body will expand or shrink, affecting the entire body, including the breasts. You can maintain the same result for 3, 5 years or more. Transferred fat behaves in the same way as local fat. so don't be devastated and don't take advice from a person who is not a plastic surgeon. The results will last as long as you take care of them. Consider the source of information.
I suggest you rely on the input of plastic surgeons who have ear of experience doing these procedures to guide you in regards to what you can expect.
Transfer results are final six months and then they’re not going to change.
 Any fat is not viable has been absorbed and gone already.
All the fat you have in your body at this point has a new blood supply, is alive and is not going away. 
Perhaps the person giving you advice has seen, pour outcomes based on poorly done procedures in the past.
Fat transfer like any plastic surgery procedure is based on patient candidacy, combined with the skill of the surgeon.
It’s true that fat transferred to the breast give some subtle results but at eight months your results are absolutely Permanent and final and will not change other than if you have significant weight fluctuations. 
If you see the person again, you may want to tell him to keep their ideas to themselves and not upset other people by saying negative things about their outcomes.
Don’t worry. If you’re happy with the results, then those results are going to stay with you.
At eight months things are more than stable.
