After you have the consultation (for upper blepharoplasty and/or chin implant) how soon after can the surgery be booked? I know this depends on how busy the surgeon is, but I am asking on average. A couple of weeks? A couple of months? Thanks in advance!

Answer: Wait time between Consult and Surgery This really depends on the office and their availability. Most offices will require pre surgical testing prior to your surgery. If that is completed, you are in great health, you have had your pre-op appointment, paid and everything runs accordingly, then it could be as early as a couple of weeks. Again, this depends on the office. Some of the busier offices, the wait time may be longer.

Answer: Waiting time for surgery Every practice is different and waiting time is also dependent on the nature and length of the procedure. I can schedule eyelid surgery within a few weeks in my accredited OR. However, for breast reductions, which are performed in hospital, I have a limited amount of OR time and am booked out for months in advance. Waiting time can also be seasonal as well.
